DEO DENVER, PHOENIX BLOG Discipleship, Encounter, Outreach! www.d-e-o.org/deodenverblog.php Deo is a year to find yourself, serve others, and discover God in the incredible journey of discipleship. It is a new and unique initiative aimed toward young adults ages 18-30. Discipleship, Encounter, Outreach will challenge participants to an intimate encounter with Jesus, radical outreach, and practical service. The program is a year long running from August til July of the following year.  It begins with two months of discipleship traning, followed by eight months of service in an urban setting, and concludes with a two month internship in the participant's home congregation.
